• Account: name, email, phone number, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and any addresses you save for faster checkout.
• Contact form: name, email, phone (if provided), and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

We also keep a record of your order history (items, amounts, delivery details) tied to your account or email.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, and email you order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To send newsletter emails, only if you’ve signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To maintain your account, including saved addresses and order history.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details — Paystack handles that directly and shares back only a payment reference and channel (e.g. card, bank transfer) so we can confirm your order was paid.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping bag and sign-in session are kept in your browser’s local storage, not tracking cookies. This data stays on your device and is used only to make the site work — for example, so your bag isn’t empty when you come back.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that help us run the store:

• Paystack — to process payments.
• Resend — to deliver order, account, and newsletter emails.
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, which hosts the information above.

We don’t share your information with anyone else, and we don’t sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active, or as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — see Contact below.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. To do any of this, email us using the details below.
